I received my handguard last week which I ordered after nearly a month of deliberation over whether I could install it myself or not.  It really bothered me that I had to cut the delta ring and spring on a gun that worked perfectly well as is.  I finally got over that issue and found that the installation was about as simple as it could be.  I spent a total of about 30 minutes on the project and ended up changing a good gun into a great gun.  This is an awesome upgrade for an AR!

Dear Scott and Staff,

I received my rails yesterday and had it installed a short time later. I can't tell you how your system enhances the overall utility of my equipment. Your rail system allows for the placement of my system
components exactly where I need them. The fit and finish are perfect. The rails also gives my rifle a very aggressive profile, which I hadn't expected. Thanks so much for your dedication to first quality products
and service. My very best regards to you and your staff.

Until next time,

P. S. I appreciate the free offset rail you sent along.

Hello,

I own your MFRS-R product on my rifle and it is lightyears better than any other aftermarket rail system out there.

The only thing that touches your product is the Lewis Machine & Tool MRP...but that is an A3 upper receiver with a rail system milled from one single piece of metal that costs $1500+...not worth it unless you have a
very specific niche to fill.

While most rails stop at the barrel nut, this one takes it one step further and creates a continuous rail from the A3flat top all the way to the rifle's muzzle. I mounted my EOTech 552 holosight half on the rail system, and half on my upper receiver!

Your rail system has been the building block of this rifle and I couldn't be happier with the design, ergonomics, and ease of assembly/removal!

Also once I complete the build with the stuff I wished to add, and after extensive tests, I'd want to chime in again on it's durability. Right now it's remained rigid and my rail-mounted front sight hasn't deviated from the barrel at all. On cheaper systems, the rail flexes and any rail-mounted front sights will move off point-of-aim and won't keep a zero.

Eric

Hello,

I mentioned previously that my rifle build was incomplete. I've added more quick-disconnect accessories which will tailor the rifle to any series of roles. I've also added additional protective rails so they don't get damaged in the unlikely event it's to bang on something hard. The only thing still missing is an Aimpoint 3XMAG unit to extend the rifle's useful range. Otherwise I have tactical lighting, tactical lasing (visible and IR), 1X optics, pressure switches, and whatnot all modular and tailorable to any number of roles.

One neat thing to note in the picture where the Surefire M96 Millenium Weaponlight appears to put out a purple light. I have an IR filter over the light and it is 100% invisible to the naked eye. However the CCD in a digital camera will actually pick up short IR wavelengths and convert it into an errie purple color!

Enjoy!
Eric
